We are happy to announce the signups are now open for the UK & Ireland Nationals Second Division Open Qualifier.
The qualifier will determine the final four teams joining Vexed, LDN Esports and our partner tournament winners in the 10 Team season taking place from November 3rd. It is all to play for as well, with this being the only way to qualify into the next season of our National League, UK Ireland Nationals Spring 2021.
We have created the Second Division to help nurture up and coming UK teams and providing a key step as teams look to up to the European League. Alongside our amazing partners, we have created different ways of qualifying, which were not possible before. With this we hope to create an ecosystem that players of all skills can use to reach their full potential and create an easily defined path for Rainbow Six Esports in the UK.
We will play the qualifier out over two days, 17th & 18th October. On day one all teams will enter a Swiss bracket with the top 8 or 16 teams (depending on how many entries we have) heading into day two, where they will compete in an Elimination bracket. The top four teams at the end of this will qualify for the UK & Ireland Nationals Second Division’s upcoming Winter Season.
