UKIN Summer '20

The inaugrual UKIN Season saw 8 of the best teams from the UK & Ireland compete for £25,000 in prize money and an EU Challenger League 2020 spot! 6 teams were invite from the ESL Premiership and two qualified through an open qualifier.

A very close single round robin group stage saw Cowana and MnM Gaming qualify directly for the finals by finishing first and second and they were joined by EUL's Navi and Premiership Spring 2020 finalists Demise Gaming after their playoff victories against Audacity and Fierce Esports.

The finals were played online due to the ongoing COVID pandemic and saw a very close set of games with UKIN's first "El Classico final" of Navi vs MnM Gaming. A hard fought battle went all the way to 5 games and saw MnM Gaming take the win 7-4 on Villa.

By winning the tournament MnM Gaming were awarded the EU Challenger League 2020 spot for UKIN.
